Custom Products (No Refunds)
Each portrait and personalized item is made just for your pet 🐾 Because of this, we begin working on your piece as soon as your order is placed.
Due to the time, craftsmanship, and care involved, all custom portrait sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is confirmed. Thank you for supporting handmade art — it truly means a lot to us 💛
Uncustomized Products
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right with a non-customized product, we're here to help.
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
Two flexible options are available for returns:
- Option 1 — Keep It & Get Store Credit (Instant): Not fully happy with your order? We can issue you a store credit equal to the product price, processed instantly, and you get to keep the item. Store credit is valid for 1 year and can be used on anything in our store.
- Option 2 — Return for a Full Refund: Prefer a refund? Simply ship the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Important Return Notes:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please provide your return tracking number to our support email after shipping the package back.
- Items must be in original, resellable condition to qualify for a refund.
